From the tip of Collier County to the top of Lee County, I welcome you to the beauty and splendor of Southwest Florida.  This area has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, but the best is yet to come.  It's no secret that Florida is THE chosen destination for relocating Baby Boomers and second/vacation homeowners.  But why SW Florida?

For starters, the weather can't be beat.  Always warm, always sunny, and always inviting.  Residents enjoy miles of beautiful beaches, from Marco Island to Naples (named #1beach in the United States by the Travel Channel in 2005), to the aptly-named Bonita Beach, up to the picturesque islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and let's not forget the newly renovated area of Fort Myers Beach. 

   Landlubbers can enjoy some of the most well-groomed and plentiful golf courses in the nation or hit a few balls on the area's hundred of tennis courts.  Come see why the rich and famous are flocking to SW Florida real estate.  Even if you're not quite rich and famous yet, there is something for everyone here in SW Florida.  Local beaches and parks, community theater and national touring shows and artists, major leage baseball spring training andlocal minor leage clubs are but a fraction of the reasonably-priced activities available to residents.  Travel inland to Lehigh Acres and Alva or Immokalee for some of the best land values you'll find if you're seeking a more "country" atmosphere, and stop along the way for fresh fruits and vegetables. 

Of course, life is not all fun and games, and it's important to note that Lee County and Collier County employment rates are among the highest in Florida and in the nation.  Known for its large health care, construction, and service industries, more and more varied industries are calling SW Florida home.
